Yesterday hundreds said goodbye to
Ruth Ann Stockton.
Words of her kindness and love weren't only expressed from the pulpit, but from all those in attendance.
Ruth Ann's little granddaughter chose her clothes and jewelry. She doted over her grandmother at the funeral home on Tuesday evening.
Her grandsons, daughter and and granddaughter were part of the funeral service.
Outside a Clydesdale horse draw hearse waited to take Ruth Ann's casket to its final resting place.
So much love and care for a woman who spent her life giving the same.
A Christian woman who loved Jesus. She is now among angels. Enjoying the presence of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Ruth Ann played the piano at my church. Sunday I bought a rose and placed it on the piano which had been draped in a black cloth. Our tribute to Ruth Ann.
As I walked by Ruth Ann's casket, I patted her hand and told her I would see her when I get there.
She was a blessing to all those who knew her.

It's hard to say good bye to such a good person. Am sure she loves the rose you placed on her piano. Blessings to you, Jacki.
So sorry for the loss.
Thank you friends
