Pam, I checked yours, Roxanne's and Suzanne's shops and they all have that. Evidently they are running a promo, $10 off with an order of $40 or more. The $10 off is not supposed to come out of your pocket if a sale is made, Etsy is supposed to absorb that. Here's the info about it on EcommerceBytes:

Sorry to respond so late - we had to go to Phoenix yesterday - took the entire day! Have scheduled everything.
We sold something today with the %10 off and did not lose anything. Etsy absorbed the discount.
