Homemade cheese danish. I didn’t have powdered sugar, used regular sugar. Taste fine. Will spread over entire puff pastry next time. I didn’t use egg wash and they still browned just fine. Creamed 1/2 Block cream cheese, 1/6 cup white sugar, and a teaspoon or so of vanilla. Spread over pastry baked 425° 15minutes.
