What’s cooking

 I ordered the wrong type of pork chops for grocery delivery. So I cooked them in olive oil, flipping frequently. Heavily seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, Lowry seasoning and lots of restaurant black pepper. By cooking slow, they were tender. Dipped in Jack Daniels bbq sauce. Delicious
